Electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems, installed and maintained by a single company, certified where Italian law requires it.

We install electrical, heating, plumbing and air conditioning systems for homes and businesses, and we look after them over time. On systems containing fluorinated gases we carry out the checks required by law, as our FGAS certification demands.
We also install photovoltaic systems with battery storage, solar panels and charging points for electric vehicles, often as part of energy upgrades where the systems have to be designed together with the building envelope.
It is a service that can go alongside a new build or a renovation, but it can also be asked for on its own: either way there is only one company to deal with.
A project on site
Villa at Margine Rosso, Quartu Sant'Elena
A villa upgraded under the Italian Superbonus 110% scheme through a single coordinated project: the building envelope on one side, completely new systems on the other. The aim was to cut heat loss, improve comfort in every season and make the house more self-sufficient in energy terms.
The value of a project like this lies in the coordination. Insulation, windows, climate control and energy generation only work well if they are thought through together, which is why we managed them as one project, with one point of contact for the client.
The work
Building envelope
External wall insulation and new windows, to cut heat loss in winter, limit heat gain in summer and improve sound insulation indoors.
Heating and cooling
A new heating system with an air-to-water chiller and fan coil units, to keep the house comfortable efficiently all year round.
Energy from the sun
A 10 kW photovoltaic system with battery storage, to make the most of the energy produced and raise self-consumption, alongside solar thermal panels.
Electric mobility
A charging point for electric vehicles, completing a home energy system built around self-sufficiency.
The result
A home that is more efficient, more comfortable and more sustainable, where insulation, new windows, modern systems and renewable generation work together to bring consumption down.
