How we handle your personal data.
This notice explains what data we collect through the site edilservizicagliari.it, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you can exercise. It is given under articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Who processes your data
The data controller is Edil Servizi di Corda Annalisa & C. S.a.s., registered office at Via Guglielmo Marconi 301, 09045 Quartu Sant'Elena (CA), Italy, VAT number 03852370927.
For any request about your data you can write to info@edilservizicagliari.it or, by certified email, to edilservizisas.ac@legalmail.it.
What data we collect
Data you give us
When you fill in the quote request form you give us your name, your email address and, if you wish, your phone number. Along with these we receive the answers you gave about the job: type of work, property, town, size, how far along you are, timing and indicative budget.
We receive the same data when you send us an email or contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, together with whatever you choose to tell us in your message.
Data collected automatically
Aruba S.p.A., which hosts the site, records technical connection data in the server logs, such as IP address, date and time of the request and browser type. These records are needed to run and protect the site and are not used to identify you.
The site uses no analytics, advertising or profiling tools. We do not track your browsing.
Why we process it and on what basis

Giving us your data is up to you, but without a name and an email address we cannot call you back or prepare a quote.
We do not send marketing messages to people who have only asked us for a quote, and we do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
How long we keep it
- Quote requests and enquiries that did not become clients: 24 months from the last exchange, then deletion.
- Client data and accounting records: 10 years, as required by Italian civil and tax law.
- Job applications: 12 months from receipt, unless you tell us otherwise.
- Technical server logs: for the period set by Aruba S.p.A., normally a few months.
Who your data may be shared with
Your data stays within our organisation and may be handled by:
- Aruba S.p.A., our hosting and email provider, which hosts the site and the company mailbox;
- our accountant and tax adviser, once the relationship becomes contractual;
- professionals and firms involved in your project, only where needed to carry out the work;
- public authorities, where the law requires it.
Where these parties act on our behalf, they are appointed as data processors under article 28 of the Regulation. We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Data is stored on Aruba S.p.A.'s Italian servers, and therefore within the European Union. If you play a video embedded in the site, or your data may also be processed outside the European Union: the details are in the Cookie Policy.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, receive it in a machine-readable format or object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can also withdraw a consent you have given, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out beforehand.
To exercise these rights write to info@edilservizicagliari.it. We reply within one month.
If you believe the processing breaches the law you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it.
